By accessing or using the Rubricade platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rubricade provides AI-powered educational tools, including but not limited to lesson plan generators, interactive games, and curriculum visualization tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
3. AI Content Disclaimer (Crucial)
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally produce errors, hallucinations, or inappropriate content. Educators are strictly responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving all AI-generated content before presenting it to students in a classroom setting. Rubricade LLC assumes no liability for errors in generated curriculum.
4. Accounts and Pro Subscriptions
When you create an account, you guarantee that the information provided is accurate. Our "Educator Pro" tier is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard portal. There are no refunds for partial months of service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate hateful, discriminatory, explicit, or otherwise illegal content. Accounts found violating these guidelines will be immediately terminated without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rubricade LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
